What it is

This is the one we run on ourselves. Every new document dropped into a watched Google Drive folder is read in full, summarized by Claude, and logged to a tracking sheet — no manual triage, no file left unread. It's a Monjez system doing real internal work, not a sandbox demo.

The design is deliberately minimal and reliable: one trigger, one AI step, one write. It watches a single folder, pulls the full text of each new document, and appends a structured row — name, contact, and summary — to Google Sheets. Simple enough to trust, built to run unattended indefinitely.

Architecture & stack

• Orchestration: n8n Cloud with a polling Google Drive trigger.
• Reasoning: Claude (Anthropic, Haiku) for document summarization.
• Integrations: Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Sheets — all pulled live from source, nothing copied.
• Reliability: verified end to end on real documents; automatic retry and error-alerting is a scoped next upgrade.

What the client gets

It proves Monjez systems run unattended in real production, not just in a test. It's also the seed of a bigger project on our roadmap — the same document-extraction and summarization core, extended with chat-based intake, per-user delivery, and organized cloud storage for external clients.
